The REAL (Restorative Education and Awareness Learning) Program offers a powerful learning experience rooted in intersectionality, self-advocacy, and Black leadership. Participants will build skills in self-advocacy, communication, career readiness, entrepreneurship, and community leadership—while contributing to the movement to dismantle ableism, anti-Black racism, and gender-based violence through collective action and transformative education.
