Green Belt Fundamentals introduces the core thinking, methods, and tools behind DMAIC while developing the problem-solving and leadership skills needed to put them into practice. This course covers how to define the right problem, understand customer requirements, measure and visualize process performance, identify root causes, develop and prioritize solutions, and sustain improvements through effective controls. Essential Lean Six Sigma tools taught include process maps, SIPOC, SPC and control charts, FMEA, regression, Kaizen, standard work, and more.
