The Excellent Shepherd Programme (TESP) is a community leadership development for mid to senior leaders by Carevan. This is a programme with up to 60 community leaders from diverse backgrounds and their own valuable experiences, skills and contributions, based in Selangor, KL & Singapore. This includes religious spaces, sustainability, education & support for marginalised communities such as the urban poor, orang asli (indigenous people), stateless and refugees of various backgrounds and generations.
