The credential covers AI-assisted pricing, marketing and listing content, buyer screening, client data privacy, and fair housing compliance. Holders have demonstrated applied competency against the NIRAP V-AGE framework™ through a proctored examination. The designation is a point-in-time attestation valid for twelve months from the date of issue, after which recertification is required to maintain active status.
