The OMRON Flexible Manufacturing Roadshow at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) gave participants hands-on experience with the latest automation technologies shaping the future of manufacturing and the opportunity to connect with OMRON engineers. Through interactive demonstrations, participants explored technologies including industrial edge computing, AI-powered machine vision, smart code reading, precision sensing, predictive maintenance and industrial automation. Featured technologies included the DX1 Sysmac Edge Industrial Edge Controller, VHV5 Smart Code Reader, FHV7 AI Vision System, ZP-L Displacement Sensor, E3AS Laser Sensor, KM-PM Predictive Maintenance Monitor and NX1P2 PLC Training System.
