This badge recognizes successful completion of AI Systems Thinking, a foundational course designed to help product managers understand, evaluate, and responsibly shape AI-powered products and workflows. Participants learned how to move beyond AI hype and apply practical systems thinking to real product scenarios. The course covered core AI concepts, AI-first product mindset, prompt contracts, reusable workflow specifications, grounding and retrieval-augmented generation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop design, evaluation methods, and safe deployment practices.
